California Invasive Plant Council (Cal-IPC) Prevention Best Management Practice (BMP) Manuals (2012)California Invasive Plant Council.Cal-IPC has published two prevention best management practice (BMP) manuals: one for land managers, and one for transportation and utility corridors. The goal of the manuals is to present voluntary guidelines that help those managing wildlands in California to prevent accidental spread of terrestrial invasive plants.
